PRIMSYN is a managed revenue operations service operated by VitalEdge LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. PRIMSYN is the customer-facing brand used by VitalEdge LLC. VitalEdge LLC is the legal entity that owns and operates PRIMSYN and is the seller of PRIMSYN services unless a separate written agreement identifies another seller.

Modeled scenarios and demonstrations are not verified actual data unless expressly identified as such.

Explicit, seller-specific evidence

For marketing or telemarketing communications for which prior express written consent is required, PRIMSYN will obtain the applicable authorization before initiating the communication. The authorization identifies the seller and telephone number and states consent is not required as a condition of purchase. An inbound call does not alone authorize a future AI-generated, artificial, or prerecorded marketing call.

More restrictive rules win

PRIMSYN’s internal candidate policy does not initiate automated marketing SMS or outbound marketing/telemarketing calls between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. recipient local time. Unknown timezone means no automated marketing outreach. State, industry, provider, client, consumer-preference, contract, and other stricter rules control.

Suppression over sales logic

A clear DNC request is recorded and applied to future covered calls for the applicable seller. Revocation and DNC outrank sales logic. A stale or missing DNC receipt cannot be treated as permission where a DNC check is required.

Separate jurisdiction-sensitive gate

Recording/transcription permission does not create marketing consent, and marketing consent does not create recording/transcription permission. Recording remains off unless its separate configured disclosure, consent, retention, provider, and release requirements are satisfied.
